Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Customer will only receive a full refund of the deposit if Customer cancels more than 48 hours in advance of drop off time. Inclement weather is the only variable that will necessitate a refund. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED for any other reason except inclement weather. The deadline for weather cancellations is no later than 24 hours in advance or later if agreed on with Jumping Jackpot to receive a refund. If the equipment malfunctions or is inoperable, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to notify Company immediately. If Company is not notified and given a chance to correct the problem, NO REFUND will be issued. If Jumping Jackpot arrives at scheduled rental location and cancellation takes place the customer will be charged $100 cancellation and mileage from our office to said rental location.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Important Update on Sales Tax for Rentals
Starting January 1, 2025, a new Illinois state law requires sales tax to be applied to all rental equipment. As a result:
- A 10% sales tax will be added to all equipment rentals.
- Rentals for events held within the City of Chicago will be subject to an 11% sales tax.
When comparing quotes from multiple rental companies, be sure to check if sales tax is included. If a quote does not show sales tax, ask for clarification to avoid unexpected charges later. This new law affects all rental providers in Illinois, so it’s important to compare estimates accurately.
These tips were created to provide helpful information to parents, and participants in an effort to ensure that your Party is a hit. While we certainly hope that you will use our rental services, these tips can be helpful for whatever service you use.
DO NOT 🚫 Choose an area for a bounce house that is more than 100 feet away from adequate power. Electricity degrades over distance, so to ensure proper inflation, it is critical to remain reasonably close to a power source. If your party is at a park, be sure to ensure that power is available.
DO NOT 🚫 Allow children to spray SILLY STRING on or near the inflatable. SILLY STRING causes permanent damage to the material in which inflatables are manufactured. Failure to comply will result in significant charges to be paid by the renter.
DO NOT 🚫 Allow children in any inflatable with sharp objects on their clothes or in their pockets. Items like pens or belt buckles can cause puncture holes to the inflatable.
DO NOT 🚫 Allow children in any inflatable with drinks, candy, gum or lollipops. They could easily choke or poke one another in the eye while jumping and playing. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not followed.
DO NOT 🚫 Allow pets in the inflatable. Their nails can permanently damage the bounce material.
DO NOT 🚫 Put water on a ‘DRY’ inflatable. This could cause serious injuries as some inflatables are not designed to be used wet.
DO NOT 🚫 Leave children unsupervised in any inflatable at any time.

DO ✅ Ensure that the rental service cleans their inflatables after each rental with non-toxic cleaning solutions. Ask about our cleaning practices and our ‘Clean’ guarantee.
DO ✅ Ensure that the rental service guarantees that they will bring you the inflatable you ordered. Having a Princess cake to go along with a Princess bounce house could be devastating if the bouncy that shows up is Superman. Ask about our ‘Correct’ guarantee.
DO ✅ Ensure that the rental service is insured. Your standard homeowners insurance might cover any accidents to children while in the bounce house (call your insurance provider if you are not sure of your coverage in this area). If you are having your party at a public park, you will also need to check with park and find out whether or not you need insurance. If so, check that the bounce rental service can add that park as an ‘insured’ party for the event. Ask about our ‘Insured’ guarantee.
DO ✅ Ensure that the rental service is professional and provides friendly customer service. Bounce houses are often picked up late evening and at night in your backyard. Unidentified people walking around your house in the evening can be frightening.
O ✅ Make sure that you thoroughly read all contract or rental agreements before signing. There are often rules and additional fee information described in the contract that is very important.
DO ✅ Ensure that you measure the area where the bounce house will be set up before you reserve it. And don’t forget to measure the height also. Some yards have low hanging tree limbs that could get in the way and damage the inflatable.
